Craniosacral therapy is a beautiful, gentle and profound modality. Often, after experiencing trauma, the body develops a complex response in the tissue to protect you. Whether is it in the form of physical restrictions and scar tissue or very subtle and neurological holding patterns, craniosacral therapy will help to release these restrictions and support your body's innate inner wisdom to heal.

Caitlin has been practicing CST since 2011 and has advanced training in working with the mouth/jaw as well as somato-emotional release. Many local therapists and acupuncturists refer to her specifically for TMD, chronic pain, headaches, concussion, and TBI.

Dialogue and creative somatic exploration are an important part of this work, not in all sessions, but in most.
